Manhattan 56

Ingredients
Per cocktail
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) SAP56
- 20 ml (3/4 oz.) red vermouth
- 1 drop Angostura bitters
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 5 or 6 ice cubes

Preparation
Combine SAP56, red vermouth, and Angostura bitters into a mixing glass containing the ice cubes. Stir using a mixing spoon for 8 to 10 seconds. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy!

Ginger 56

Ingredients
Per cocktail
- 2 oz. SAP56 whisky
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup or Maple Syrup
- 200ml Ginger Beer
- Spring of rosemary

Preparation
In a glass with ice, add all the ingredients and mix.
Add a spring of rosemary as a decoration.

Bloody 56

Ingredients
Per cocktail
- 2 oz. SAP56 whisky
- 3-5 drops of Franks Red Hot or Tabasco sauce
- 4-5 drops Worchester
- 2 drops of liquid smoked mesquite
- 125ml Dark beer
- 125ml Clamato juice

Preparation
Coat the rim of a tall glass with celery salt and add ice.
Add the ingredients and stir gently to combine.

SAP Sour

Ingredients
Per cocktail
- 2 oz. SAP56 Whisky
- 1 Egg White
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. maple syrup
- A pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Preparation
In a shaker combine all the ingredients except the Cayenne Pepper.
Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds and pour into the glass. Add a pinch of Cayenne Pepper.

SAP Lemonade

Ingredients
Per cocktail
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz. SAP56
- 1/2 oz. triple sec
- 200ml de Bitter Lemon Soda
- Garnish with sugar rim and 1 lemon slice

Preparation
Coat the rim of a highball glass with sugar and add ice. Add all the ingredients and stir gently to combine.

Cider 56

Ingredients
Per cocktail
- 2 oz. SAP56
- 3/4 oz. Lemon
- 300ml Cider
- 2-3 drops of Maple Syrup

Preparation
In a shaker with ice, combine all the ingredients.
Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Serve into an old fashioned glass without ice.

Bitter Sweet Poison

Ingredients
Per cocktail
- 2 oz. SAP56
- 1/2 oz. Chartreuse
- 3/4 oz of lime juice
- 1/2 oz of maple syrup
- 3-4 drops of Angostura
- Lemon Bitter Soda The Great Jamaican

Preparation
In a shaker with ice, add all the ingredient except the Angostura bitter.
Shake well. Pour into an old fashioned glass filled with ice and top with a bottle of Lemon Bitter Soda. Garnish with a bit of dry thyme or rosemary.
